I was there this morning. The staff were so nice and helpful! It was nice to finally be at a store that has amazing customer service! They really took the time out to help me!

I've dealt with this location a few times now, and I don't know why their print centre is such a disaster every time I go. It doesn't matter if there is 1 person working or 5 people working, it always seems to be the same thing. As someone who has been the print consultant at a Burlington location, it makes me so sad to see that they have staff that doesn't know what they are doing and customers standing, waiting to be served for a minimum of 10 minutes.It also seems that no one really knows what they are doing behind the counter. I have seen multiple occasions where it takes 3 or 4 employees to figure out an issue with a customer. I can understand not knowing everything, but when it's the same people working all the time and they seemingly still don't know what they are doing, then management should be stepping in to assist with training. Also, management should be trained in the print centre as well, because I know most management tries their best to stay away from print as much as possible.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff does seem to be doing their best to accommodate the customers as best they can.

Everything is self serve. Staff don’t have too much time to offer help. Feel rushed.

Had an amazing experience at this Staples location today! Devonne assisted us with selecting a laptop and office chair, all while being extremely thorough and efficient in the process. I appreciate his patience and his product knowledge - a true example of what real customer service is. Thank you, Devonne!

This is a smaller Staple although it has been in this location for quite some time. Plenty of parking in this plaza; unfortunately customers at Starsky inhabits most of it. Because of its boutique size, it does not carry the variety as the larger store, for example, Sherway or Winston Churchill Dundas.

This location is large and mainly empty but the customer service is very good!The sales associate there went out of their way to help me find the right product for my needs (even if the right product was cheaper!).

Maria in the copy center went above and beyond to make sure my presentation documents were printed correctly and suggested binding to give a perfect finish. Great customer service.

I don’t usually go into staples, I came in to grab a monitor I found online on clearance , however it was already accounted for when I came , my fault I should have called ahead. Young gentleman by the name of Peter with his shirt tucked in and well ironed and presentable was swift to find me an alternative monitor at a great price. He dug around looking for it. He didn’t have to. He could have brushed me off . But he didn’t give up and found it , and I’m about to pay for it as I’m writing this review . Well done

Great service, cashier was super helpful when I bought a 100 pack of labels. I would definitely return
